Ella's libraries file format

Ella supports "libraries" files wich contains some ressources, like graphics (bitmaps and symbols - i.e. svg files and sounds. Thoses files have a .bibella suffix. Each library file MUST contain an archive.lst file wich describes the library content. Without that archive.lst text file, Ella can't rebuild the library. Other files are ressource files. Once the library is loaded on memory (see 'library' panel), those ressources remains available for your project, even if you clear the current project (file/New project menu)

Here is an example (a file, nammed voitures.bibella seen under FileRoller)
